Week 1 of 2024 Distance Camp

Week 1 was unseasonably warm, leading us to believe it might be a mild winter.  Time will tell.  Of course, training through a wild winter only makes the spring races feel easy and breezy so let’s hope for some winter out there :)   We saw a lot of smiles this past week as you met your team and took your first steps in your training!
