Race Day Is Approaching!

Forrest went over nerves as we get closer to race day.

  • Pre-race jitters are normal – Whether it's a 5K or a marathon, nerves are a sign that you care and you're ready to perform.

  • Tapering can feel like you're "losing fitness" – Less mileage might trick your brain, but it's part of the process.

  • Trust the taper – Your body is absorbing the training, healing microtears, and preparing to peak.

  • You’ve already done the hardest part – Long runs, tough intervals, and early mornings.

Race day is the celebration of all that work.
