March 2nd: Distance Camp & Run Camp!

Great job on Saturday! It was another hilly course, so way to get out there and crush it.

Hills can be very challenging, but they provide great growth opportunities for running and walking. Doing hilly courses or a specific hill workout will stimulate muscle growth and be an increased challenge to your cardiovascular system.
